Any ideas? I love fruit and low-fat cool whip!
(I’m not fat, just don’t want to become it either.)

I like the health benefits from olive oil and I like the taste, but I can’t seem to think of any ways to incorporate it into my diet other than pouring some on a salad. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot!

Hi everyone!
I was wondering if anyone has some great low-fat dessert recipes? I’ve been looking online for a few, but none of them seem tasty. So, please something that is light on fat and calories, but not on taste. Thanks! Oh, links are good, too!

After reading the health benefits of olive oil, I started deep-frying stuff with olive oil, only to be told by a nutritionist that olive oil shouldn’t be heated.

As a hispanic, my family used to cook with corn oil. But now that I’ve read about the benefits of olive oil, I have bought some. However, I don’t know how it’s used; I’ve heard that it can burn! How can it be used to cook hispanic dishes and are there anything important I must know first? Thanks for your help.

I was thinking of using diet orange or diet lemon lime but applesauce also seems like a good alternative for moist cakes - has anyone tried both of these low fat alternatives?

I only add a teaspoon of orange juice to the tea to give it a little flavor, but was wondering if the acid in the orange juice has a negative affect on the health benefits of the green tea.
